Welcome to electronic bill presentment and payment online billing system.
1) To Login, please see the Login information below.
2) If you have forgotten your password, please see the Forgot Password information below.
3) You can either make a one-time payment using a bank account or a credit card by clicking the Make a Quick Payment link, or to pay by ACH only, click the Enroll button and follow the instructions below.
4) Returning users who have already enrolled may follow the Login instructions below to access the site.
Login
To sign in (if you are already enrolled):
1) Enter your email address in the Email Address field. The email address must be the same one you used when you enrolled and created your account.
2) Enter your password in the Password field.
3) Click Login.
Forgot Password
If you are already enrolled but have forgotten your password, you can receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
1) Click on the Forgot Password? link located next to the Login button.
2) Enter your email address in the email address field. The email address must be the same email from when you enrolled.
3) Click OK to submit the request. An email will be sent to your email address which will provide you with instructions for resetting your password.
4) You will see the following Informational Message:
5) Click on the link provided in the email or paste the link into your browser.
6) Type in your new password.
7) Retype your new password to confirm your new password.
8) Click OK.
Enroll
The first time you access the online billing system, you will be required to supply information which will be used to identify and communicate with you. You will need information from your latest invoice.
1) Click on the Enroll button.
2) Enter your First Name and Last Name.
3) Enter your email address in the Email Address and Confirm Email Address fields.
4) Enter your password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
a) Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least 3 of the following character types:
English Lower case letter (a-z)
English Upper case letter (A-Z)
Base 10 digit Number (0 through 9)
5) Enter your Account Number including the dash. Ex: 123456-123456
6) Enter the House Number only (not the street name) from your latest invoice.
7) Terms and Conditions: Check the box to indicate that you have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions.
8) Select the Type of user: Homeowner/Landlord, Renter/Tenant, or Authorized Agent.
9) Click the Enroll button to submit your request.
10) To gain access to the site, you must validate your email address. You will see a message on your screen and receive an email to Validate your Email address before you can login.
12) Once you Validate your Email address, you will see a message on your Welcome screen:
Make A Quick Payment Without Enrolling
You may make a quick payment outside of the enrollment process by clicking the link Make a Quick Payment. Making a payment allows you to make a payment right now using a bank account or credit card. This method is the only way to pay with a credit card. Billtrust charges a convenience fee of $3.95 to make a payment via this method.
1) Click on the Make a Quick Payment link in the Enroll section of the welcome page.
2) Enter your Account Number including the dash. Ex: 123456-123456
3) Enter the House Number only (not the street name) from your latest invoice.
4) Enter a valid email address.
5) Enter a phone number.
6) Click the Next button.
7) Enter the amount you wish to pay.
8) Enter your payment method: bank account or credit card and click Next.
9) If your information is correct as displayed on the Verify Payment page, click the green Pay button to process your payment.
10) If your payment information is correct, or you wish to edit your payment, hit the Back button to make your changes.
11) Once you have reached the Payment Confirmation page, your payment is complete.
12) If your payment failed, you must start the process over again with a different payment method.
