Bill History

 

The Bill History screen displays the user's previous bills.

 

If you are enrolled in multiple accounts, you can change the Bill History Filter to show specific or all account history:

 

1)Click on the Account Number Filter drop down menu or field to select an individual account.

2)Click on the Account Number Filter drop down menu or field to select All accounts.

 

To view or export a single account bill:

 

1)To View:  Click on the PDF Icon in the right column for a specific Account and/or Date; or select the bill by clicking in the box in the left column and click on the VIEW SELECTED STATEMENTS button above the black column heading bar.

a)To close your PDF Statement screen, click on the "X" on the View Document browser TAB of the statement currently being viewed.

2)To Export: Click on the box in the left column to select the bill and then click on the EXPORT SELECTED button above the black column heading bar.  You can Open or Save the information in Excel file format.

 

To view or export multiple bills:

 

1)Click on the boxes in the left column to select the accounts you would like to view or export.

2)To View:  Click on the  VIEW SELECTED STATEMENTS button above the black column heading bar.

a)To close your PDF Statement screen, click on the "X" on the View Document browser TAB of the statement currently being viewed.

3)To Export:  Click on the  EXPORT SELECTED button above the black column heading bar.  You can Open or Save the information in Excel file format.
