My Payment Activity

 

The Payment Activity screen displays all payments that have been made through the eBill site. 

 

Account Filter:  If you are enrolled in multiple accounts, you can change the Payment Activity Filter to show specific or all account activity:

 

1)Click on the Account Number Filter drop down menu or field to select an individual account.

2)Click on the Account Number Filter drop down menu or field to select All accounts.

 

Payment Status:  There are four possible payment statuses:

 

1)Paid – This status is shown for successfully processed payments.  These payments may be returned due to insufficient funds.  Click on the View link on the right to view details of the payment.

a)Click the CLOSE button to return to the Payment Activity screen.

2)Canceled – This status represents payments that were scheduled but subsequently canceled.  Click on the View link on the right to view details of a canceled payment.

a)Click the CLOSE button to return to the Payment Activity screen.

3)Failed – This status represents credit card payments that were scheduled but subsequently failed during processing.  Click on the View link on the right to view details of a failed payment.

a)Click the CLOSE button to return to the Payment Activity screen. 

4)Scheduled - Scheduled payments are yet to be processed.  Users can Edit or Cancel scheduled payments that have not yet processed.

a)Click the Edit link to edit a scheduled payment.  "Amount to Pay" fields cannot be edited. If you want to change payment amounts, you must "Cancel" the payment from the "Payment Activity" screen and then create a new payment from the "Pay Bills" Screen.
 

i)Amount to Pay - cannot edit this field

ii)Payment Date - can only edit this field if the Payment Due Date is a "future" date

iii)Payment Account - can change or add a payment account

i)Payment Notes - can edit this field (not a required field)

)Click the Next 

i)Click Close to save the changes

b)Click the Cancel link to cancel a scheduled payment.

i)Click the CANCEL PAYMENT button.  You will see a Pop-Up Attention message: Are you sure you want to cancel this payment?  This cannot be undone

ii)Click the YES button to confirm cancellation and to return to the Payment Activity Screen.

iii)Click the NO button if you do not want to cancel the payment.  Then click the CLOSE button to return to the Payment Activity screen.

 

To Export single or Multiple Payment Activity detail information:

 

1)You can first select a Filter if you only want to export information regarding a specific account; or you can leave the default All selected for your export.

2)Click to select the box(s) in the left column to select the account(s) you would like to export.

3)Click on the  EXPORT SELECTED button above the black column heading bar.  You can Open or Save the information in Excel file format.
