Welcome to electronic bill presentment and payment.

To login or enroll for access to your Individual HMSA account, visit HMSA.com.

Login

To sign in (if you are already enrolled):

1)Enter your email address in the Email Address field.  The email address must be the same one you used when you enrolled and created your account at HMSA.com.

2)Enter your password in the Password field.

3)Click Login.

New Users

Please check your email for a Welcome email.  Please follow the instructions in the Welcome email to access your account.

If you did not receive, or cannot locate, the Welcome email, enter your email address in the New Users email address field and a new one will be sent. 

1)Enter your email address in the Email Address field.  The email address must be the same one you used when you enrolled and created your account at HMSA.com.

2)Click CONFIRM to submit the request. An email will be sent to your email address which will provide you with instructions for resetting your password.

3)You will see the following Informational Message: 

Email Sent

Please check your email for instructions on how to access your account.

4)Click on the link provided in the email or paste the link into your browser.

5)Type in your new password.

6)Retype your new password to confirm your new password.

7)Click CONFIRM to access your account.

Forgot Password

If you are already enrolled but have forgotten your password, you can receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.

1)Click on the Forgot Password? link located next to the Login button.

2)Enter your email address in the email address field. The email address must be the same email from when you enrolled.

3)Click OK to submit the request. An email will be sent to your email address which will provide you with instructions for resetting your password.

4)You will see the following Informational Message: 

Your password was reset.

Check your email for information on how to access your account.

5)Click on the link provided in the email or paste the link into your browser.

6)Type in your new password.

7)Retype your new password to confirm your new password.

8)Click CONFIRM to access your account.
