Pay Bills

 

 

SINGLE Account "Pay Bills" Screen:

 

If you are enrolled in one account only, the Pay Bills screen will display the details of your current bill.

 

1)To make a payment

a)Click on the Green PAY button located in the black heading next to the Total Amount Due.

b)See Help Topic: Make a One Time Payment for detailed information about completing a payment.

 

2)To View your Statement: 

a)Click on View Statement PDF button in the left column.

b)To Close your PDF Statement screen, click on the "X" on the browser TAB you are currently viewing your statement from.

 

3)To see your Bill History

a)Click on the See Bill History link next to the Statement Date field; OR

b)Click on the Bill History TAB in the Blue Heading.

4)To see your Payment Activity (History):

a)Click on the See Payment History link next to the Payments field; OR

b)Click on the Payment Activity TAB in the Blue Heading.

MULTIPLE Account "Pay Bills" Screen:

 

If you have multiple accounts, the Pay Bills screen will display a line item for each current bill, per account.

 

VIEW Details of Statements:

1)To View the details of a single account: 

a)Click on the specific Account Number to see the details of the specific account.

b)Click on the View Statement PDF button in the left column.

c)To Close your PDF Statement screen, click on the "X" on the View Document browser TAB of your statement currently being viewed.

d)Click the Close button to return to the multiple accounts screen.

 

2)To View your PDF statement for a single account or multiple accounts: 

a)Click the box(s) in the column left of the specific account(s).  You can select a singe account or multiple accounts to view.

i)Click the VIEW button above the column headings.  This opens in a new TAB of your browser to present your statement(s).

ii)To Close your PDF Statement(s) screen, click on the "X" on the View Document browser TAB of your statement(s) currently being viewed.

b)Another way to View a Single Account Statement from the Multiple Accounts screen: 

i)Click the PDF Icon in the right column for a specific account.

ii)To Close your PDF Statement screen, click on the "X" on the View Document browser TAB of your statement currently being viewed.

 

PAY Multiple or Single Accounts:

1)To Pay single account: 

a)Click on the Pay link on the line specific to the Account you would like to pay.

2)To Pay a single account or multiple accounts: 

a)Click the box(s) in the column left of the specific account(s).

i)Click the PAY button above the column headings.

a)Another way to Pay a Single Account (Single Account ONLY): 

i)Click the box(s) in the column left of the single Account.

ii)Click the PAY button above the column headings.

EXPORT Multiple or Single Account Information:

1)To Export Information about a single account or multiple accounts: 

a)Click the box(s) in the column left of the specific account(s).

i)Click the EXPORT button above the column headings.

ii)When prompted:  You can Open or Save the information via Excel Spreadsheet formatting.
